A Top Service

PT STOP provides you an individually customized program by looking into the roof cause of issues to help you restore, retrain, and reach your goals, whether that be returning to a sport or improving your quality of life.

I competed in Olympic 800m women years ago and pulled my hamstring pretty badly. I suffered for years and never got better until I saw Maya. Her approach is very different from other physical therapists. I am getting back to running again now. She does not give the usual massage-ultrasound-ice type of service. Go see her if you are committed to getting better.

My doctor told me to go see Maya for my headache and neck/shoulder pain. The first visit, my pain went down immediately. I learned so much from her why I was in pain and what I should do to keep myself pain-free.
— L.W.
I was so afraid to get back to my routine exercises (weight lifting, running, and pilates) after I had a bulging disc in my low back. I was completely pain-free after seeing her and I was also able to get back to my routine activities with her guidance. She gave me a timeframe to return to my usual activities, and she was right on. She also listens and makes sure you are on the right path of healing.
